I think I’d have to see that to believe it. There are a bunch of carpal bones in the way. Most people can’t get less than 90° to the forearm, or 180° total range of hand motion. Still creepy looking to me.
To me, I thought the good doctor was intentionally hurting Rose for not saying “You’re Welcome” by pushing her wrist into an unusual position with the clipboard. However, Rose being the bad ass she is, holds her composure and gives the doc what he wanted. The way he ‘throws’ the clipboard in panel 7 also made me think this was true.
Rose looks suspiciously similar to the woman who was intimately engaged with that redhead two pages ago who then died in a very awkward position. Are they the same person, or are auburn-haired women with medium complexions a dime a dozen in this universe?
I have to say I like this comic. I haven’t stumbled upon a a comic I like more in a while now. Although I though at first the idea wasnt quite original (Hellblazer anyone?), as I kept reading it became deeper and more diverse. I especially like that characters appear very real in my mind cause of the good art. Sweet!
Just finished reding it, I couldn’t leave it in the middle, it is an amazing comic, I love how the characters are complex people, not just “let’s kill all the non humans and then share a meal!”. I love it, I’ll wait for it, love from Chile!
The plot thickens, as they say. Rose is interesting, but geez, what happened to her hand in panel six? Scary!!!
